I kinda got off to a boring start. Funner stuff to come. I promise.

A finger. My index finger to be exact. Why did I draw just a finger and not the whole hand? Because I'm weird and lazy.

OKAY...sooo. Cleaning out stuff. Consolidating things getting ready to move to an unknown location someday, and decided to get rid of the vanity table that holds jewelry and hair supplies and makeup and girly things. So I grouped stuff and put them in boxes to display on a bureau I found in the basement and of which will now become part of a new vanity table top. I had bought these boxes cheaply and unconciously at Micheal's and they finally filled a purpose. This one holds hair supplies. I coated the box with Matte finish which smudged the pencil and grey-ed it all out but I liked the effect.

Matt's first doodles

Here's the first one. It's kind of like a wheel with something of a fuzz on it. Yeah, a fuzz-wheel.

I am making sketches based on found objects basically to plan out how I am going to modify them. Something like this would be put inside a small compartment in a box, with many more inside. Small disks of fetish found object delight! Imagine if they made something like a turkish delight in this shape? I could keep on going, but I got more doodling to do.

The next one is closer to a finished drawing. It's a crest. Could be the cover of a small box that would contain turkish delight fuzz-wheels. God, I got to capitalize on this stuff!
