Sketched these people at the food court in my local shopping centre last weekend but have struggled to get time to scan and crop and upload. Right now, I have a tremendous backlog of sketches. If only there really were such a thing as flying monkeys…the things I could achieve. Observation on drawing people while they’re eating: they move a lot and very quickly. There’s lots of hand movement (no real surprise there) but also much glancing up from the food, as if there’s a fear that someone’s about to dash up and run off with the hard earned meal. Enjoy.
